Fluxxy — Terms of Service

By purchasing from or using Fluxxy, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All Fluxxy products, including cosmetic e-moto parts, accessories, apparel, and other merchandise, are considered final sale. We do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, does not like the product, or no longer wants the item.

In rare circumstances, Fluxxy may choose to make an exception at its sole discretion. Any exception is considered a courtesy and does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in future situations.

2. Damaged Packages & Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Fluxxy within 24 hours after delivery and provide clear photographs and/or video showing the condition of the package and product.

We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while opening your package, beginning with the unopened package and shipping label visible and continuing through the inspection of the contents. This helps provide evidence if an item was damaged during shipping.

Fluxxy may request additional photos, videos, packaging, or other information before determining whether a claim qualifies for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Damage that occurs after delivery, including damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, accidents, crashes, intentional damage, or other customer actions, is not considered shipping damage.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Fluxxy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier after they have been shipped.

However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you in communicating with the carrier, locating the shipment, or determining what options may be available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Fluxxy is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

4. Cosmetic E-Moto Products

Fluxxy products are currently designed as cosmetic and appearance-related modifications for e-motos and similar vehicles. Our current products do not connect to, modify, or alter a vehicle's internal electrical, mechanical, battery, or power systems.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product is installed correctly and used appropriately. Fluxxy is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, modification of the product, accidents, crashes, misuse, or use outside of the product's intended purpose.

5. Product Modifications & Misuse

Altering, improperly installing, abusing, or using a Fluxxy product outside of its intended purpose may result in Fluxxy declining support or a damage claim.

Fluxxy reserves the right to deny claims where available evidence indicates that a product was damaged or altered after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

The Fluxxy name, logo, branding, graphics, designs, product photography, written content, and other materials associated with Fluxxy are the property of Fluxxy or are used with appropriate authorization.

No person, business, organization, or other entity may use, reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, display, or otherwise use the Fluxxy name, logos, designs, branding, or other materials related to Fluxxy without prior written permission from Fluxxy.

This includes, but is not limited to, using Fluxxy branding on products, websites, social-media accounts, advertisements, merchandise, packaging, promotional materials, or other commercial content without authorization.

Unauthorized use of Fluxxy branding or intellectual property may result in appropriate action being taken to protect our rights.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing are accurate. Minor differences in appearance, color, packaging, or product specifications may occur.

Fluxxy reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, or cancel an order if a listing contains an inaccurate price, description, or other material error.

8. Fraud & Abuse

Fluxxy does not tolerate fraudulent claims, intentionally damaged products, false damage reports, fraudulent chargebacks, or other attempts to obtain refunds, replacements, or products through dishonest means.

Evidence provided as part of a damage claim must accurately represent the condition of the package and product when received.

Fluxxy reserves the right to refuse service, deny claims, cancel orders, or take other appropriate action when there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse.

9. Changes to These Terms

Fluxxy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will apply to future purchases and use of Fluxxy's website and services.

By placing an order with Fluxxy, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
